What we do
We started in Dubai because it has the most complicated rental market in the UAE — Ejari, RERA rent caps, the Rental Dispute Center, DEWA coordination, owner-association protocols. We built a team that knew all of it.
Then we expanded, emirate by emirate, because the same landlord problems kept coming up everywhere: the wrong tenant, missed tenancy filing, slow maintenance, renewals handled too late. Today we cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — all from one brand, one point of contact, one monthly statement.

All 7 emirates
Every emirate runs a different tenancy system. Dubai uses Ejari. Abu Dhabi uses Tawtheeq via TAMM. Sharjah uses Tasdeeq at SRERD. The Northern Emirates — RAK, Ajman, Fujairah, UAQ — each register contracts at their respective Municipality. Utilities vary too: DEWA in Dubai, ADDC in Abu Dhabi, SEWA in Sharjah, FEWA everywhere else.
We know each system, maintain the right registrations in each emirate, and assign a dedicated account manager per portfolio. What doesn't change between emirates: the move-in inspection, the monthly owner statement, the maintenance coordination, and the single WhatsApp contact.
